This package addresses three major weak points of the 2007-2009 E82 135i and E9X 335i N54 models: insufficient cooling and poor reliability of the stock charge pipe and diverter valves. In this bundle we add a larger CSF front mount intercooler and replace the plastic intake tube with an aluminum version designed for a TiAL blow-off valve (sold separately). These are two of the best known manufacturers of cooling and turbo upgrades in the world with unparalleled reputations for quality and design.
Package Specs:
FMIC: CSF B-tube stepped intercooler, 60% more volume, direct fit with only minor trimming, black or silver finish
Charge Pipe: Evolution Racewerks aluminum, no meth bungs, set up for TiAL BOV (sold separately), direct fit, black hardcoat or brushed silver finish
* - Blow-Off Valve: sold separately. We sell the TiAL Sport Q for this application but encourage you to shop around.
Substitutions allowed, such as if you wanted to add meth bungs, use an HKS BOV, or change a color. Please call or email our sales team who can make any adjustments.

This chargepipe is for 2007-4/2009 135i, 335i, 335xi models. The factory pipe is 2-piece and this will replace the upper portion, past the rubber accordion connector. Later 2009+ models use a larger single-piece pipe that can also be used on the 2007-2009 models.Notice of Emissions Non-Compliance. The intake component is part of a vehicle's emissions equipment. Removing, disabling, or altering emissions equipment on a pollution-controlled road vehicle is illegal. Although these products are designed for greater efficiency and reliability, they have not been submitted for CARB approval. Therefore, these products are not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicle.
