For N55 engines, BMW recommends replacing the spark plugs every 60,000 miles.  Replacing the spark plugs ahead of the factory interval is never a bad idea, especially if your BMW has been tuned for increased performance. We also recommend replacing your ignition coils as preventive maintenance.  Our kit combines OEM replacement ignition coils and Genuine BMW spark plugs for a proper ignition tune-up at a great price.
